A long-simmering rivalry just exploded back onto the scene. On October 9, the tension between City Girls' JT and Cardi B reached a boiling point when JT unleashed a scathing tweet that has sent shockwaves through the hip-hop community and put BIA squarely in the crosshairs.

The verbal assault came on the heels of Cardi B’s viral X (formerly Twitter) Space, where the "WAP" rapper addressed accusations of "bullying" and defended her position following the leak of her unreleased diss track, “No Hook.”

The "Bodega Baddie" Shade and "Purge Face" Jab

JT didn't hold back, directly mocking Cardi B’s Bronx-inspired persona with a vicious critique:

“Bodega baddie my ass, you chop cheeeeeese. This is facts! Spaces is not the studio,” JT wrote, continuing, “All jokes aside what happen to that song? I thought that was the song? Nobody wanted to be a Bodega Baddie???? Well look at that ugly ass bitch who made the song… I get it!”

The City Girls star further intensified the attack, launching into comments about Cardi's personal life and recent appearance:

“Ugly b has not shut her dick sucking ass mouth since ‘No Hook’ got leaked, do that hoe rest? When is her honeymoon stage with the new bd? Like go chill & look pretty, wait… nvm just go chill purge face!”

The "new bd" (baby daddy) line appears to reference the rumored split between Cardi B and Offset, while the "purge face" comment echoes recent online mockery of the rapper’s look.

The BIA Connection and Beef Deepens

This public feud has also drawn in rapper BIA. JT's post landed just days after Cardi B's fiery Space session, during which she specifically called out BIA for allegedly spreading rumors about her private affairs. Cardi B also controversially claimed that BIA’s smash hit “Whole Lotta Money” was originally intended for her.

JT’s latest salvo serves to mock the "No Hook" leak, the authenticity of Cardi's "Bodega" aesthetic, and the rapper’s ongoing attempts to control the narrative. This escalating drama highlights the deepening divide between Cardi B and a new wave of female rappers who accuse her of intentionally creating online beef for attention.

The Unpredictable Hip-Hop Battlefield

While Cardi B has yet to officially fire back, the post instantly became a viral sensation on X, prompting fans to weigh in from all sides and bringing old clips of the duo’s 2022 back-and-forth resurface.

JT's brutal, unfiltered attack adds significant fuel to a volatile rivalry that continues to define the high-stakes tension among women in rap—effectively turning social media into the genre's most unpredictable and engaging battlefield.
